UTILITIES INCLUDED: Tenant to pay for all utilities and yard services. Pest services- we guarantee that we will take care of any pest issues the first 3 days after move in. After that, pest control services are the responsibility of tenant. Pet admin fee- $250- one time. Non refundable per pet. Monthly Pet Fee- Each pet will incur a monthly pet fee.
