This serene space is a short jaunt (1.5 miles, to be precise!) from downtown. And that's not all a mere 5 minute stroll leads you to galleries, bars, restaurants, and more in the nearby West Village. St. Francis Hospital is within walking or biking distance. Guests have access to shared laundry, a lovely courtyard with a Weber BBQ Grill and a small patio table for dining. In your room, you will rest well on 100% cotton percale sheets and enjoy a smart TV preloaded with Hulu and Sling. Unwind in your private bathroom stocked with all the essentials. A shared kitchen is available for light cooking. There is a small, friendly Jack Russell who also lives in the house. Sorry, we can't accommodate any other pets. The space is best suited for dog-friendly, short term guests with a 30 day minimum, and 6 month maximum. Traveling nurses, gig workers, and Zoomers are welcome. All leases and rental agreements are month to month.
