Responsibilities and Qualifications
Job Description
Building Maintenance
Landscaping
Keeps entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition
Performs duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuum hallways and office spaces
Empties all trash and garbage containers
Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools
Job Requirements
Experience in customer service
Valid driver's license.
Positive attitude
Previous janitorial/maintenance experience is required
Great work ethic
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
