Job Summary
Maintains Customer Service telephone lines for the University Medical Group, requesting claims, medical records & EOB's as needed to completely resolve all issues on accounts and any other duties as assigned. Coordinates collections of delinquent unpaid accounts. Maintains and fosters effective public relations with patients and public in accordance with GHS/UMG Standards of Behavior
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience
2 Years - Billing or Customer Service experience in a Clinical Office setting

In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business, Health Administration, Finance, or Accounting and 1 year of the above stated experience
