Seeking a well versed engineer with in depth understanding of process control design and implementation. Expertise in creating controls systems monitroing a variety of operating parameters such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates and hazardous conditions
Shall;
Design Process control systems to ensure optimal locations of sensors to measure;Temperature, Pressure, Flow rate, pH, Humidity, Level, Concentration, Viscosity, Conductivity, Turbidity, Redox/potential, Electrical behavior, Flammability
Select appropriate signal detection methods for processes such as; Electric, Pneumatic, Light, Radiowaves, Infrared(IR), Nuclear
Determine optimal control method, type of control system, and ensure proper control parameters
Design redundancy systems and documentation for fail-safes
Test and validate controls systems under proper environmental conditions to ensure system operates properly
Integrate updated process controls with current system and test for conflicts between multiple systems
