NOTE: There are multiple positions to be filled, with each position having responsibilities in separate areas of the team. Those diverse segments will be in the areas of Programs, Processes and Communications.
Position Objective:
Manage a team of 10+ full-time Project Coordinators to ensure that productivity, revenue and project interval metrics are achieved.
Position Activities:
Provide coaching and mentoring by observing team members in completing daily responsibilities, providing feedback to reinforce desired outcome and reduce undesirable ones.
Conduct team meetings weekly providing updates regarding process and procedure changes; solicit employee participation relating to customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement suggestions from team. Share information from upper management relating to company mission, goals and initiatives.
Manage attendance and vacation policy adherences providing feedback as needed using the timesheet tool for tracking.
Maintain flexibility in assignments and delegation of tasks as requested by Staff Manager.
Maintain communication with manager regarding work flow problems, team challenges, complex issues and or any issue that could result in an escalation.
Proactively identify and initiate projects that improve work flow efficiencies for short and long term success; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change.
Establish daily objectives and communicate the objectives to all team members
Work with a team based attitude that will pursue quality initiatives required to improve quality project coordination and customer satisfaction
Responsible for all personnel management related to task, hiring, coaching, developing and termination of Project Coordinators.
Evaluate the performance of each team member on a quarterly basis, making recommendations for development, training and other areas of improvement.
Ensure all company policies, practices and safety procedures are followed.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
Ability to handle conflict resolution, unplanned situations and prioritization of multiple tasks.
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop creative solutions.
Ability to exercise initiative.
Must have sense of urgency and be proactive with continuous follow up with both internal and external contacts.
Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skill.
Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long range goals.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
