The successful candidate will provide project control management to include cost controls, analysis & forecasting, estimating responsibilities, schedule development, change management, and associated business management activities for projects from conceptual through startup of complex multi-million dollar programs. Must be self-motivated, energetic, personable and able to communicate with varying audiences of project executives, project managers and technical staff members.
Develop, interpret, and execute policy objectives and standards applicable to cost, schedule and estimating.
Direct all cost engineering functions, including cost analysis / forecasting, change management, and earned value for all phases of execution.
Direct all planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, analysis, and ongoing recommendations for improvement.
Direct all estimating functions for services and capital costs for proposals and specific project estimating needs. Excellent understanding of Risk and Contingency Analysis.
Reading and interpreting design and construction drawings

years of Project Controls experience in Engineering, EPCM and EPC Direct Hire
Preferable Market Sectors: Chemicals and / or Pulp & Paper, Micro Electronics, PharmaBio
5
years of Supervisory and/or Section Lead experience
BA, BS, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Working knowledge of various in house and commercial software such as:o Primavera o Risk Analysis tools such as @ Risk, Pertmaster, FUSEo Timberline,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
