Position Description:
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability in system analysis, design, development and implementation of internet, multi-tier client/Server applications and intranet applications.
Translate use case requirement, technical specification, and design into code for new or enhancement projects for internal and external clients.
Write program, ad hoc queries and reports.
Be familiar with Configuration Management methodologies and tools including CVS, SVN.
Follow software development methodology and follow architecture standards.
Participate in design, code and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects; participate in other meetings, such as those for use case creation.
Formally document issues/defects and support resolution until closure.
Use design patterns for design and architecture of system component (e.g session facade, service locator, etc)
Evaluate and select new open source frameworks to improve development process/product.
Identify and develop prototypes to address critical requirements (both functional and non-functional)
Develop technical specifications using standard modeling techniques.
Provide technical leadership and direction to junior developers in implementing technical solutions.
Develop estimate for design and implementation level of effort.
Have significant experience in Object-Oriented Analysis.
Have significant experience in Project Developments using traditional Water Fall and Agile process.
Have significant experience in Writing Technical Design documents(both high level and low level).
Have enough experience in working with onshore, near shore and offshore teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Must have at least 9 years of directly related experience.
Direct Experience with the following language/methodology:
Java/J2EE (JMS, JAXB, JDBC, JNDI, JPA), Oracle
Strong knowledge in EJBs/JPA
Strong knowledge of JSF(primefaces)
JSP & Servlet development
Strong knowledge on WAS(newer versions preferred)
Java Script recommended
Object Oriented Development
XML, XML Schema, XSLT
Experience in writing stored procedures, triggers is desired
Experience in writing technical specifications recommended
Experience creating SDLC artifacts using UML 2.x
Experience with SOA, ESB, Web Services, WSDL, XML, REST
Experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design, use of standard modeling techniques, design patterns and UML
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Strong relationship building skills.
Experience with JavaScript and Cross-browser support issues desired

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
