Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years technical/telephony experience with 3
years directly related to the job; or 6
years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, ATM, Frame Relay and ADSL. Demonstrated customer service skills Demonstrated technical skills in data networking or closely related field Knowledge of central office transport equipment including test methods Understanding of ATM and/or frame relay services, Ethernet and PPP Knowledge of ADSL equipment, protocols, and networking Basic knowledge of OSPF, BGP and MPLS Certificates/ Licenses: CCNA or JNCIA desired Strong understanding of telecom networks and equipment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data networking, particularly experience with ATM, ADSL, and/or IP networks is desired. Expert-level analytical, communication, and project management skills. College degree, preferably technical or engineering 5 years technical experience with 4 years directly related to the job; or 9
years of technical experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
