This Primary Care assignment offers a predictable schedule and swift credentialing in an outpatient setting.
Care for adults primarily 65+, and focus on managing common conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient setting
  • A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
  • Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses

Schedule Details:

  • Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
    • Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available
    • No call requirements
    • Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks

Cases & Procedures:

  • Traditional primary care for older adults, including:
    • Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
  • No procedures performed
