Position OverviewThe Clinical Applications Coordinator is responsible for providing level one clinical applications ticket triage, user access, and support to Crossroads' staff, inclusive of clinic staff as well as the Field Support Office (Corporate) office. This role will serve as the clinical applications helpdesk custodian, completing new user setup/terminations, prescriber setup/terminations, triaging tickets, completing tickets as directed, and assigning tickets to the other team members. The Clinical Applications Coordinator will also work closely with the Clinical Applications Training Specialist to ensure common issues are being brought to their attention for additional training sessions. The Clinical Applications Coordinator will assist in coordinating prescriber e-scripting activations with the Clinical Applications Training Specialist.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned. Create and maintain user accounts to include all clinical applications, relevant information as outlined by the Director of Clinical Applications. Troubleshoot issues as reported in tickets from end users and escalate if not able to resolve. Monitor escalated tickets for resolution to increase one's own level of expertise. Coordinate with Clinical Applications Training Specialist to onboard prescribers for EPCS. Assist Director in special projects. Assist other team members in special projects. Testing of changes made in certification system as directed. Monitoring of production site for quality assurance as directed. Documentation and logging of all system changes. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:

Experience:
Associate degree and/or minimum of 1-2 years' experience in behavioral health field. Experience with Carelogic EMR preferred. Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median ability to draw and interpret graphs.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Physical Demands:
