Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the logistics customer service department. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver excellent service and meet performance targets. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with other departments, including operations, transportation, and warehousing, to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Train and onboard new customer service team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
