Position Overview:
As an Onboarding Data Analyst at Simpliphy, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they onboard into our software platform.
You will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs and then extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from their current process to configure the Simpliphy software platform to meet their requirements.
You will also provide comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the clients' internal stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives and translate them into onboarding tasks.
Collect, clean, and validate data by performing exploratory analysis to identify patterns and anomalies in clients' data sources to ensure an accurate onboarding.
Configure the software according to client specifications, including customizations and integrations, to meet their unique needs.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support as needed.
Deliver tailored training sessions and materials to ensure clients have a thorough understanding of the software functionality and features.
Coordinate with other Simpliphy departments, including product development and customer success, to resolve technical challenges and optimize the onboarding experience.
Document client feedback, challenges, and success stories to inform product enhancements and best practices.
Monitor client progress and satisfaction during the onboarding process, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software onboarding and customer success to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel and MySQL.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand software applications and configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs in a dynamic environment.
