We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic teamThe perfect candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all land development projectsYou will be working on an array of projects in sectors such as Federal, State, Municipal, K-12, Higher Education, Universities, Medical, Healthcare, Hospital, Hospitals, and Aviation
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation. Manage project workflow and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion. Develop design concepts and oversee the drafting and design on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software. Perform site planning, site development, and land planning tasks for various projects. Work in accordance with federal, state, and municipal regulations and codes. Conduct utility design, land development, and site design activities. Ensure project compliance with all building codes and safety regulations. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and track project costs to ensure adherence to budgets. Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the project team. Attend and lead project meetings and present to clients or stakeholders as required. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure all aspects of the project are in sync. Prepare and submit project reports and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum of 8
years of experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in project management roles. Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software. Proven experience in site development, site planning, and land planning. Experience in utility design and land development. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and municipal regulations and codes. Experience working in various sectors such as K-12, Higher Education, Universities, Medical, Healthcare, Hospital, Hospitals, and Aviation. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
