Job Details
Summary:
As our Project Manager you will provide overall leadership, management and direction to multiple projects, establishes project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with prime contracts client, and monitors construction, schedule, and financial activities throughout the duration of the construction contractMay be the primary onsite manager on larger, more extensive projectsProject size range is anywhere from 1-10 million, and up to 70 million in sizeIf you are managing a smaller project, it could be up to 3-4 projects at a timeIf it was 30-70 million in size, you would only have 1 project at a timeMUST HAVES:
Water and Waste-water construction experience TRAVEL & LOCATIONS:
Our PM can sit out of Charlotte NC, Conway NC, Greenville SC, or Summerville SCDepending on where you are we will connect you on projects within 1.
5 hours of you so that you can make it home for dinner.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would be running a team of 2- 6 PE's and APM'sThese are water and wastewater treatment plants and a little bit of pump stations as wellThese are mainly inside facilitiesOur Projects are a lot of heavy concrete and earth workWe self-preform all of the underground and exterior piping, metals, pumps, concreteThen sub out MEP, Electrical, and Architectural Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through the Safety Coordinator and/or General Superintendent Create, update, and manage the project schedule Develop the project budget upon assignment and notification of award Manage financial aspects of contracts including but not limited to fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses to protect the company's interest while simultaneously maintain good relationships with Clients Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts at all times Manage the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts Provide estimating with actual cost information in order to enhance and increase the accuracy of future bids.
Willing to work remotely on a job site.
EDUCATION & EXPEIRNCE:
Some sort of technical degree ideally such as Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering ideallyAlso, Bio Engineering Water / Waste Water Construction Management experience.
At least 5
years of professional construction Project Management experience.
