Responsibilities:
1Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.2Review and interpret project requirements and deliverables to develop a comprehensive project plan.3Manage project budgets, including tracking all project costs to ensure they stay within budget boundaries.4Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.5Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.6Direct construction activities and supervise field personnel to ensure timely project completion.7Implement quality control programs, identify any issues or delays, and take corrective action as necessary.8Prepare internal and external reports on job status and conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.9Develop and implement risk management protocols to mitigate any potential project risks.10Conduct strategic planning sessions to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.2Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction projects.3Solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.4Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.5Strong knowledge of construction project budgeting and the ability to manage resources effectively.6Excellent organizational and time-management skills.7Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.8Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.9Proficient in project management software.10PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exciting construction projectsIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for construction and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, we would love to hear from you.Interested in hearing more?
