Our company, a global leader in the engineering industry, is on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join our team on a permanent basisWe are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a passion for mechanical engineeringThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, liquid cooling, refrigeration, and cooling systems, as well as product manufacturing
Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Bilingual Chinese or Mandarin preferred 1Designing and developing mechanical systems and products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials, and soliciting observations from operators.
2Assuring system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
3Preparing product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
4Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, and requesting special services as needed.
5Maintaining product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
6Participating in the development and maintenance of product manufacturing processes, including the design and modification of equipment and machinery.
7Utilizing CAD, SolidWorks, and 3D CAD software to create and modify designs for manufacturing processes.
8Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and 3D CAD software.
4Knowledge of 2D Drafting and its applications in the manufacturing process.
5Strong understanding of HVAC, liquid cooling, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
