As a Structural Engineer for our client, you will play a crucial role in creating cost-efficient, safe, and functional structures for a wide range of exciting projects. We're looking for a talented professional who can design and manage industrial and commercial projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence. Shift- Typically day starts at 9am (flexible) and 1/2 day on Friday Typical work week is 40 hrs Pay- DOE ($80k+) Key
Responsibilities:
Innovative Design:
You will be responsible for establishing and determining cost-efficient structural systems and components, using materials such as structural steel, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, and wood framing. Project Diversity:
Design equipment, PEMB foundations, and CFS components for a variety of projects, from light and heavy manufacturing facilities to K-12 school facilities, power and utility structures, municipal and civic projects, and more. Assessment and Coordination:
Perform structural assessments of existing facilities and collaborate closely with architectural and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for preparing technical reports, managing designers, and coordinating with owners, architects, and other professionals. Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with structural engineering software such as Revit Structure, RISA, AutoCAD, Enercalc, and more is a plus, as well as experience with AutoCAD and Revit Structure for producing drawings. Core Values:

Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure or ability to obtain licensure. Minimum of 5 years of structural engineering experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering. Reviewing structural stress analysis calculations, structural steel and concrete drawings, and structural fabrication drawings Undertake detailed structural engineering design Produce structural calculations as necessary for structural reviews Performing structural analysis and design Perform structural analysis and design Ensuring civil and structural design Perform structural engineering analysis on catastrophe claims and structural repair Reviewing and checking structural drawings Perform structural analyzes and calculations Performing detailed structural analysis and design using structural software and spreadsheet software Supervise the work of other structural engineers and structural designers Prepare engineering calculations and structural construction documents Analyze structures using various structural engineering software programs Utilizing structural analysis computer programs Use structural engineering and construction terminology Evaluate and design structural systems and components by applying knowledge of structural engineering Perform structural engineering calculations Review shop drawings Monitor sub-contracted structural engineers Assist with structural design of retaining walls Reviewing calculations and all work products produced by structural engineers and structural EI/EIT Recommended Skills Auto Cad Civil Engineering Revit Structure Structural Engineering Apply to this job.
