The position will be Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
Responsibilities Field incoming phone calls for scheduling transport appointment, including transports via wheelchair van, stretcher van, and ambulance Prioritize and schedule calls according to location, urgency, and importance Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information Use radio, phone and computer to communication with partner facilities, hospitals and private clients Provide field units with information about patients, location, traffic, and requirements to ensure safe and on-time service Skills Proactive with job duties a must Self starter and ability to perform job with minimal supervision a must Proven experience as customer service rep, dispatcher, or relevant position Ability to multi-task Fast typing with experience in data entry Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking Ability to work independently and within a team Dependable and reliable High school diploma Willingness to learn new skills Job Type:
