SQL Analyst
Day to Day:
Responsible for supporting customerissues in a timely manner Gather and logs customer information into the ticketing tracking system Analyzes data, diagnoses system problems and implements problem solutions Required Skill Set:
Needs to have at least 2 years of hands on experience with SQL and T-SQL At least several years of experience with basic software/ hardware support experience Experience working with tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, functions, etc.
Strong customer service experience Ability to travel to client sites on an as needed basis- once or twice a year for a week.
Potentially more depending on volume.
This will be nationwide Recommended Skills Customer Service Sql Databases Transact Sql Stored Procedure Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
