Senior HVAC Engineer
Responsibilities:
o Conduct construction document reviews as required.
o Plan, organize, and coordinate mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/designprojects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projectsincluding project startup.
o Demonstrate design experience in the area of nuclear industry HVAC design work and designrelated codes and standards.
o Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations, and specifications.
o Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required.
Education and
Experience:
o Bachelor of Science in engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience (nuclear preferred)in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and relatedphases of engineering.
Professional Engineer License preferred but not required.
Position Requirements:
o Must be a U.
S.
Citizen.
o Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design.
Recommended Skills Cad Calculations Construction Hvac Mechanical Engineering Nuclear Power Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
