years' experience in manufacturing3
years' experience in Production Process and EquipmentCNC grinding experience (preferred)Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to influence others and lead small teamsAbility to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impactAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyAnalytical problem-solving skillsComprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principlesStrong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical spaceStrong aptitude to work hands-on with equipment
Responsibilities:
