We are seeking a Human Resource Administrator to provide high-level and confidential administrative and personnel support for a private mental health and pediatric practice.
This role will provide direct assistance to the company's management team and owners and is eligible for a full-time salaried position with PTO benefits.
At times, this role may require some travel between various office locations or programs and is an in-office position only.

Carolina Family Services is a multi-disciplinary practice with physical offices in Greenville and Spartanburg, SC.

These services include evidence-based individual and family counseling, school-based and outpatient therapy, physician services (medication management and pediatric healthcare), intensive in-home rehabilitative services, and our community outreach/engagement programs.
Responsibilities:
Work a 40 hour work week with a varying schedule during our hours of operation to include 1 closing shift per week.
Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle to include recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Maintain administrative duties with minimal supervision, such as managing schedules, covering desk/telephone needs, coordinating meetings or events, preparing reports, letters, presentations or other matters pertinent to daily or internal business operations.
General oversight of daily operations, high level patient care, and routine business operations.
Handle and maintain sensitive, confidential and proprietary matters of the upper management team on a routine basis with professional discretion.
Track critical tasks and ensure upper management awareness of deadlines and team preparedness.
Create or edit company policies, manuals, internal correspondence, pertinent legal documents and other correspondence.
Maintain credentialing and other time sensitive responsibilities of the clinical team.
Participate or follow-up with staff and clients on behalf of the management team to ensure and maintain lasting relationships and partnerships (surveys, evaluations, etc).

Maintains facility functions in coordination with office manager (trash, cleaning, office supply ordering, etc).
Participate and aid in coordination of all staff or community events, initiatives, or fundraising efforts.
Network with other community partners.
Address IT concerns to ensure that all internal systems to continue to function without interruption.
Other support tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
HS Diploma required.
Associates or Bachelors preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of human resources experience, with 1 year at a manager level preferred.
Prior experience in a medical office preferred but not required.
Proven ability to accomplish tasks in an organized and efficient manner with minimal supervision.
Extensive attention to detail and timely follow-up for advanced projects.
Consistent ability to multi-task, work at a quick or changing pace, and prioritize evolving workload.
Superior insight, skills, judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills both in written and verbal language with advanced knowledge in letter writing, word processing and internal/external communications.
Bilingual candidate highly desired but not required.
General Knowledge in office equipment (fax, scanners, personal computer) Intermediate to advanced expertise in creating spreadsheets, data reports, visual graphics, other presentations, email management, storage and organization, schedule management & database management systems (i.

Maintain work as a team-player in a supportive and collaborative capacity.
Able to lift, lower, push or pull 25lbs or more.
