Are you an Experienced RN interested in Prisma Healths Ambulatory Internal Resource Pool?This position does offer a float differential on top of the experience based hourly pay rate and requires one year or more experience.
The Ambulatory Internal Resource Pool consists of full-time, part-time and PRN team members that work short term assignments at any of our medical offices in Greenville, South Carolina, and the surrounding areasThe assignments can be as short as one day and as long as 12 weeksOur team members need to be flexible and willing to work within all specialties including:

AccountabilitiesAssists physicians with examinations, procedures and other activities related to direct patient care- 20%Arranges for patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals and admission to hospital- 10%Monitors and maintains stock of medical supplies and proper functioning of equipment- 10%Documents patient's vital statistics and other encounter data into patient chart and ensures that all required records are in the chartObtains brief medical history and chief complaint from patients- 15%Calls in prescriptions for patients according to physician order- 10%Prepares exam rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies and equipmentCleans exam rooms between procedures and exams- 10%Receives and returns clinically related telephone calls; screening and forwarding those requiring physician action- 10%Completes medical/physical history forms and other related information for insurance companies- 10%Informs physician of changes in schedule- 5%Supervisory/Management ResponsibilitiesThis is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, director or executive.
Minimum RequirementsAssociate's Degree - Accredited school of nursing with RN degree1-2 years experience preferredRequired Certifications, Registries, LicensesSouth Carolina RN License (Lawson Code NLRN)OptionalIn lieu of the experience and/or educational requirements indicated above a combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered an equivalent substitution:
