Job Description:
MUST reside in SC, GA, NC, TN, or be willing to make the occasional commute to Greenville, SC.
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple departments through financial reporting and in-depth analysis, providing quantitative insights into historical and future performances.
The focus of the role will be managing data (financial function with data).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned.
oDrive and maintain financial reporting models, framework, and presentation formats.
oAssist the finance team with presentations for management, investors, and the board.
oSupport the finance team in the design, maintenance, and presentation of annual budgets, forecasting, and expense management processes, this includes budget to actuals monthly maintenance and management.
oPrepare analytical models for new business and/or service line; explore cost-savings projects, capital project evaluation, competitive analyses, and payor profitability.
oAssist with account special projects as needed, including routine financial reporting.
oValidate departmental performance results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure departmental participation against budgetary targets.
oSupport Key stakeholders and company departments with advice and counsel.

Education and/or
Experience:
oBusiness intelligence processes, Excel and SQL- The data technical component is critical for this Sr Financial Analyst role.
o3 to 5 years of minimum experience in accounting, corporate finance, economics, business analytics, or a related discipline.
Healthcare experience a plus.
oBA/BS in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.
oExperience preparing and delivering executive level presentations.
oExperience in delivering and communicating with c-suite level personnel.
oDemonstrated experience supporting key business decisions through detailed analytics.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
oExpert level fluency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
oERP integration exposure and knowledge a plus.
oExperience with healthcare revenue cycle management, payor contracting, claims management, and cost containment helpful.
oExposure to large dataset management and model development with some experience with cloud data warehouse and enterprise data analytics platforms.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median ability to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
