SC License Must have 1-2 year minimum PT home health experience and HCHB charting a must Must be able to complete all elements of Oasis as well including admissions, recerts, rocs, discharges and evals BLS Other Details:

Newberry, Saluda, Greenwood, McCormick and Abbeville CountiesMust have 1-2 year minimum PT home health experience and HCHB charting a must.
Must be able to complete all elements of Oasis as well including admissions, recerts, rocs, discharges and evals.
Required Certifications:
PT (SC) License in hand, BLSMileage reimbursed at 50 cents a mile, will accept medical COVID exemptions.
