Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities Strategy and Organizational Leadership:
Define the unit's strategy for the Integrated Motor Drive (IMD) product group and ensures annual performance targets and tactical tasks are in line with business group targets.
Customer and Sales:
Drive development of processes/practices based on customer feedback, from product management, segment management, sales and others within the business team.
Technical Leadership and Development:
Define, oversees and measures projects required to successfully meet both internal and external service customer needs.
Finance and Budget:
Participate in defining the annual budget for area of responsibility and is accountable for managing performance against established financial targets and constraints.
Risk and Opportunity Management:
Conduct regular progress reviews, identifies and manages technical risks.
Create and implement strategies to ensure that business/technical risks are identifies and manages the business opportunities are exploited as a part of business planning.
Planning and control:
Creates and manages implementation of long term strategic plans which define the business strategy resource requirements.
Testing:
Define testing requirements and ensures that tests (if applicable) are carried to meet business requirements.
This is for internally manufactured products as well as sourced products.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years experience.
Preferred Experience Includes:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, motor design, design or application of variable speed drives, FEA Modeling, Lab Testing, Lean Certification, SAP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
Strong team skills and ability to work independently to achieve goals, strong communication skills to work with sales, product management, manufacturing and customers.
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Recommended Skills Auto Cad Business Planning Business Requirements Communication Customer Demand Planning Electrical Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
