You will execute and assist in the development of action plans according to company goals and objectives.
You will manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant focusing on staffing, team member development, sales growth, cost management, guest experience, and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guestsMaintain appropriate staffing levelsEnsure effective work schedules are created in a timely mannerEnsure team members and managers receive proper training and developmentCreate and maintain a positive culture within the locationRecognize and reward team membersPlan and delegate shift assignmentsManage profitability through driving sales, controlling costs, developing team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently upheldIncrease sales by building community relationshipsProactively manage restaurant operations to include planning/forecasting of weekly sales, labor, and cost of goodsDevelop action plans to improve execution of processes to increase sales, profitability, and guest experience
Qualifications:
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with othersEducation - high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredLeadership experience required3-5 years restaurant management experience preferredMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per weekAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysSuccessful completion of background checkCapability Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
