This is a hybrid position based in our Greenville, SC office with the flexiblity to work remotely 4 days per week.

Professionally answer incoming calls and address customer needs appropriately
Promptly respond to online customer inquires
Gather all details of any customer concerns and enter them in the complaint portal in a timely manner to ensure the concern is addressed
Maintain databases by entering information accurately and in a timely manner
Live Check Verification
Monitor CA Inboxes
High School Diploma or GED certificate required
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to enter data accurately and quickly
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a teamBase Pay:

00The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average.
The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
