Job Description:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development, supervision, and execution of multiple forms of internal and external communications to enhance Crossroads Treatment Centers' credibility and customer-base.
This position manages the marketing communications strategy and programs including, advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters and reports to the Director of Marketing.
The Marketing Communications Manager will also own our social media channels and create content that is relevant, on brand, and aligned with our mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned.
Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand.
Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments.
Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises.
Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news.
Write emails, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence.
Create copy for print and promotional items, website, marketing campaigns, and other items as needed.
Work with Director of Marketing on an annual editorial calendar, own creation of all content related to that calendar, including, but not limited to:
blogs, landing page copy, social media copy, case studies, white papers, editorials, etc.
Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits.
Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices.
Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill.
Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies.
Manage all marketing requests for content and creative, working with our agency partners to move projects over the finish line.

Education and/or
Experience:
Healthcare background / SUD treatment marketing background preferred.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field 5
years of professional experience in a similar role Proactive go-getter who brings solutions High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.

Experience with social media management - creating content and posting via Hootsuite and other tools.
Creativity and the ability to develop original content relevant to our industry.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
B2B and B2C marketing experience is a must.
Experience writing press releases.
Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Hootsuite, Salesforce, Canva Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median ability to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
