YOU AREA successful Restaurant General Manager and will have 5
years experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale and food focused environment.
You are passionate about food and look forward to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product to create unforgettable experiences (for team-members & guests).
The GM will promote staff development and champion a positive experience while also effectively communicate to get the job done.
As an ambassador for Indigo Road you'll strive to create memorable experiences for people through food.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality.
You'll look after all aspects of the restaurant including; operations, finances, people, culture, events, and moreYOU'LL HAVE 5

ON THE FLOOR & IN THE OPERATIONYour schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday's) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 40 to 50 hours a week.
