Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of workers in various outdoor maintenance tasks, including lawn care, and groundskeeping.
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the crew to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure it meets established standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of plant care and lawn maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact team members.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
