Greenville, SC Greenville, SC Full-time Contract Full-time Contract $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour Maintenance Cleaning Crew Summary of Responsibility Clean the Paint Line and Airhouses, Booth Pits, Flash Tunnels, Waterfall Walls, Washer, Change Filters and Paper, Clean up debris and parts from around the line inside the Line and Track.
Clean out Booth Pits when scheduled to do so:
Remove Sludge and Debris from water tanks.
Ensure that the Line is ready and able to start for Morning Production Daily.
Job Description To complete and clean the Paint Line to DCS Standards as follows:
Change the Pleat Filters and 0FR1 Panels, Bag Filters in the Airhouse's when scheduled or instructed to do so.
Clean all Debris from and around the Paint Line, Inside the Flash Tunnels, in the Paint Booths, and Dyer, Cure Oven such as Washer, Cooler, Flame Booth, Primer Booth, Primer Flash, Base Booth, Base Flash, Clear Booth, Clear Flash, and Cure Oven Entrance Ramp, Cure Oven, Cure Oven Exit Ramp, and throughout Loading and Inspect.
Change the Butcher paper in the Paint Booths.
Change the Felt Paper in the Flash tunnels when scheduled.
To properly fill out all related documents that are attached to the Job.
And always clean up after yourself when done for the day take pride in your work and be professional.
Health & Safety Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.
Ensure adherence to established housekeeping standards (5S).
Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, non-compliance issues.
Adheres to DCS's health and safety, environmental, operating procedures, policies and forms.

Introduce or recommend changes to work methods, aligned with IATF16949:

Willing and able to learn and support Continuous Improvement initiatives such as; 5S, Standardized Work, Kanban, JIT, Kaizen, and Poke-Yoke.
Minimum Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge needed for Cleaning Crew Understanding of the proper cleaning procedures Be able to follow instructions Previous automotive paint room cleaning experience preferred.
