Lexus of Greenville, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE:
ABG), a fortune 500 public automotive retailer with over 70 retail locations and 103 franchises is currently seeking a Sales Manager!

Responsibilities and Qualifications
What are the job responsibilities and qualifications for the role?
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars
Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns
Prior sales leadership 3-4yrs of dealership experience required
Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates)
Must understand inventory control 60 day turn policy
Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential
Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
