This is an autonomous position and must be self directed and able to work without direct supervision. Should have the presence/ability to influence/coach a leadership team on all matters HR. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field and 5
years of experience in human resources, in a manufacturing/plant environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
