Job Description
Southern Advertising is currently looking for a new partner to help our in production area on second shift as an embroidery machine operator. The primary responsibilities include properly running embroidery equipment, monitoring output and quality.
We have very high expectations and truely value all of our partners understanding that they are our driving force.
The ideal candidates will have a 1-2 years of production experience, a positive attitude and energetic personality. Advancement opportunities exist based on performance.
Competitve hourly compensation.
Responsibilities Include
Assisting with setting up equipment from one run to the next, preparing garments and hats for embroidery, finishing orders and packaging for shipment.
Maintaining the proper level of output based on the individual job parameters.
Helping production manager with any special projects.
Character & Skills Necessary to be Successful
1-2 years in a production or warehouse role
Self motivated, disciplined with excellent organizational skills
Achievement orientation with an attention to detail
A person of high integrity who is always looking to learn and develop
