POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Worker provides clinical services primarily to patients and their families in the Facility. The Social Worker participates as a team member by performing additional assignments not directly related to the job description when workload requires and as requested by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Master's of Social Work from a school of social work accredited or approved by the Council on Social Work
Education.
2. Current MSW licensure with the State of South Carolina Board of Social Worker Examiners.
3. Minimum two years experience in health or related field.
4. Must be self directed and able to work with minimum supervision.
5. Must possess good communication and assessment skills and have desire to work with terminally ill patients in
the home setting.
