Great Digital Marketing organization in Greenville, SC is looking to fill a position which requires some inside sales as well as experience or ability to learn digital marketing fulfillment. This position requires someone who has both fantastic people skills yet also is very detailed oriented. If interested, please forward your resume as soon as possible. Inside Sales Skills Required
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling our products or services and will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sale leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, communication, and passion are essential for this role. The position is part time (12-20 hours per week) but can grow into a full time position if sales expectations are being exceeded. You will be expected to make 25-45 calls per day based on a part time day.
Job Duties
Cold-call prospects that are generated by internal/external sources of leads
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Collaborate with Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Sales Managers where appropriate.
Expand and maintain the companys prospect database.
Create, set-up, and deliver sales presentations to prospects as needed.
Assist with proposal generation.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, meetings, and other events.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and/or email to cross sell and up sell products and services.
Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them to sales.
Overcome objections of prospects.
Emphasize product/service benefits, educate prospects on the value of items available.
Provide sales and other reports as needed.
Coordinate customer training as needed.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the prospect database.
Investigate/Troubleshoot customer service issues as needed.
Well represent the company, the brand, and its services.
Requirements
University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience is preferred.
2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with customer relationship management software is appreciated.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
