IT Program Manager
We have an immediate full time opportunity with a large F500 client in the Greenville, SC area.
This practitioner works closely with the project manager to ensure adequate reporting of development status, monitoring, and feedback on the development team.
Technical leads typically have mastery level knowledge of the technology as well as project execution and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
o Ability to manage development of a number of projects, ensuring scope and progress are monitored and that quality is maintained at the highest levels;
o Ability to understand client business objectives and develop technology strategies that support them;
o Ability to work effectively with external partners, ensuring that meet quality, technical and security requirements
o Ability to interact and present in front of senior clients, and management level personnel;
o Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
o Develop trust and close relationships with senior technical, project, and account management areas.
o Help drive new business and organizational growth.
o Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
o Robust requirements engineering including writing user stories and acceptance criteria, estimation and prioritization
o Ability to write detailed and thorough technical specifications and technical design documents
o Advanced ability to negotiate and resolve occasional business conflicts and address organizational challenges and evolving accountability.
o Software Vendor experience.
o Life and/or Health Insurance Administration software experience.
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
o 7
Years software development experience, with 2
years functioning in a lead role.

Hibernate v3.3 - Skill Level: 4+
o Basic ORM Mapping using XML
