Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a Fortune 500 Global Tier I Automotive supplier. Due to their recent growth, they are looking for Maintenance Supervisors for their first, second, and third shifts at their manufacturing facility located in the Greenville, SC area. Candidates should have previous expereince as a maintenance supervisor in a high-speed automotive manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Manager would like to see resumes ASAP.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor
Promote and facilitate a culture of 'safety first'
Develop employees to enhance individual and organizational performance
Lead and support lean manufacturing/continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with Production and Engineering teams to ensure PM and other initiatives are completed in a timely manner
Maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts, and supplies in order to maintain the property and plant
Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor
3
years of high-speed automotive maintenance supervisory experience is required
BS degree in a technical or related field preferred. Experience may be substituted for education
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and methodology is required
Familiarity with plant metrics/KPI's required
Strong familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and HMI is required
